Which dates are available?
Every day from Saturday 26 December 2026 to Saturday 2 January 2027, with start times from 10:00. Every ritual ends by 23:00.
Can we come on New Year’s Eve?
Yes, on request. Our concierge confirms 31 December times one by one with the hamam.
How do we pay?
At the hamam, by card or cash. No prepayment, no deposit, no card details online. Prices are fixed and shown for two guests.
Is hotel pickup included?
Rose Steam includes a one-way pickup, passed on at cost (€23). For Marble Hour and Two Lanterns you can add a pickup at cost: €23 one-way or €45 return.

Yes. Each pair pays the price for two, and our concierge books the same hour for everyone on WhatsApp.
