Who you book with
HamamPass is an Istanbul hamam concierge operated by Empire Concierge LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Reservations are held by our booking office, Couple Hamam Istanbul, and hosted at a partner hamam in Istanbul's Old City that we choose for your party. The exact address is sent with your confirmation.
Prices and payment
Online rituals are for two guests: Traditional Hammam, 60 minutes, €98 for two; Palace Ritual, 90 minutes, €150 for two; Halvet Private Chamber, 120 minutes, €198 for two. There is no prepayment. You pay at the hamam, by card or cash. Extras such as dinners, cruises, transfers and celebration setups are quoted by your concierge before you agree to them.
Confirmation
Your reservation is confirmed when you receive a confirmation by email or WhatsApp. If a time needs checking, our concierge confirms it on WhatsApp within minutes, or offers another time.
Hotel pickup
Pickup and drop-off are free for hotels in the Old City (Sultanahmet, Eminönü, Beyazıt and surrounding areas). Please be ready in your hotel lobby at the time your concierge gives you.
Changes and cancellations
Write to your concierge on WhatsApp to change or cancel. As nothing is paid in advance, there is nothing to refund. If you cannot come, please tell us as early as you can so we can release your time.
Health
Hamam heat and massage are not suitable for everyone. Please tell us about pregnancy, heart conditions, high blood pressure or other health concerns before your visit.
