Our mission
A first hamam should feel easy.
We exist to make a private Turkish bath in Istanbul simple, transparent and worry-free, for every visitor and every kind of party.
Most travelers arrive with the same questions: which hamam, how much, how do we get there, and will it really be private? We answer all of them before you leave your hotel. You tell us who is coming and when; we handle the hamam, the timing and the ride, and we put every detail in writing.
Care
We plan your visit around your party and stay in touch from the first message until you are back at your hotel.
Clarity
Fixed prices, shown before you book. Anything extra is quoted first and added only with your yes.
Discretion
Your ritual is private, and your contact details stay with us, never with the hamam.
How it works
Four steps, one concierge.
Plan
Choose the day and your hotel online, or message us on WhatsApp. Online reservations for two are usually confirmed straight away; anything that needs checking, we confirm on WhatsApp within minutes.
Pickup
Your car arrives 15 minutes before your start time. The driver’s name, vehicle and plate are sent to you beforehand, so you know exactly who to look for.
Your private ritual
Only your party is in the room. Warm marble, kese scrub, foam, and the massage your ritual includes, at an unhurried pace.
Tea, then home
Rest in the lounge with tea and Turkish delight. Then we drive you back to your hotel, or on to dinner if the night is not over.

Families and groups
Children from 6 years are welcome with their parents. For groups we book the right hamams for the same hour, with one host who stays with you from pickup to drop-off. Planned with our concierge on WhatsApp.
Celebrations
Honeymoon, birthday, anniversary or proposal: we can prepare candles, rose petals and a quiet surprise. Options and prices are confirmed with you first.
The rest of your evening
Dinner with a Hagia Sophia view, the Bosphorus at sunset, or an airport transfer. Ask your concierge; every extra is quoted before you agree to it.

Partner hamams
Hamams we choose, standards we hold.
We work only with hamams in Istanbul’s Old City that we have chosen ourselves, close to Hagia Sophia. We match each party to the right one for the day, the time and the number of guests, and the exact address is sent with your confirmation.
Every partner hamam works to the same standards with our guests:
- Your party has the hamam room to itself for the time we confirmed.
- Peştemal wraps, towels, slippers, shampoo and soap are provided, with lockers and hair dryers.
- A female therapist is arranged whenever you ask for one.
- You pay the price we confirmed with you, with nothing added at the desk.
- Your comfort comes first: tell the therapist if the heat or the pressure is too much, and they adjust straight away.
- Health concerns are taken seriously. Please tell us before your visit about pregnancy, heart conditions, high blood pressure or other health concerns.
Our privacy promise
Your phone number and email stay with us. The hamam that hosts you receives only what it needs to welcome you: your first name, the number of guests, the ritual, the day and time and, if you asked for one, the pickup details. We never ask for card details, we do not send marketing, and we do not sell your details. Read our privacy notice.
Who we are
The company behind HamamPass.
HamamPass is a brand of Empire Concierge LLC, which operates this service and is responsible for your reservation. Reservations are held by our booking office, Couple Hamam Istanbul, also run by Empire Concierge, so your confirmation email comes from book@couplehamam.com.
Our concierge team plans every visit and stays reachable on WhatsApp, our partner hamams in the Old City host the rituals, and a driver brings you there and back. There is no HamamPass office to visit: we come to you, and we meet our guests at their hotel.
